Property report

Forty-five questions about a parcel, asked every time.

A fixed report across the seven authorities that hold New Jersey property records. Every section is present in every report, and every section says what state it is in and when it was read.

The Property Intelligence Report dialog open over the property page: the address, the three stages a report moves through (requested, getting ready, ready), what the report covers, and the button to request it.

At a glance

  • The same sections, every time

A fixed set across the seven authorities that hold the record. No section is skipped because it was empty.

  • Empty is still a finding

Each section is marked searched and empty, not searched, or unavailable, and dated.

  • A PDF, states intact

The whole report exported, with every section state and read date preserved.

Run it, and watch seven authorities answer.

Every section resolves to found, searched and empty, or could not search — and every one is dated.

What you do here

  1. 01

The same sections, on every parcel

Grouped by who holds the record: the county clerk, the Superior Court, the surrogate, the municipality, the state, the federal courts, and what is not on the record at all.

  2. 02

A section that found nothing still appears

It is marked as searched and empty, not searched, or unavailable, and it names its source and the date it was read. A report where absent sections silently vanish cannot be checked, and cannot be relied on.

  3. 03

    Export it

The whole report as a PDF, with the states and dates intact.
