General Privacy Requests
Any member of the general public may request redaction of their personal information from our publicly accessible website. These requests can be submitted through our Redaction Form.
Redacted Fields: Name, address, mailing address, email, phone number (from public view only. Logged in users may still have access to this information).
New Jersey Data Protection Act (NJDPA)
If you are a resident of New Jersey, you may have specific rights under the New Jersey Data Protection Act (P.L. 2023, c. 266). This includes the right to request deletion of your personal data, and to opt out of the sale of your data, targeted advertising, or profiling. Daniel's Law (New Jersey)
If you are a Covered Person under Daniel's Law (N.J.S.A. 47:1B-1 et al.) — such as a law enforcement officer, judge, prosecutor, child protective investigator, or an immediate family member residing in the same household — you may request redaction of your personal information from both public and registered-user access. To initiate this process, please submit a request through our Redaction Form.

Important Limitations
- If the property associated with your redaction request is later sold or transferred and a new sale is recorded in public records, the previously redacted information may become publicly visible again.
- To maintain privacy protections at your new residence, you must submit a new redaction request for the updated address.
- We do not automatically transfer redaction requests between properties or owners.
By using njpropdata.com, you agree not to access, misuse, or attempt to re-identify any legally protected or redacted personal information. njpropdata.com reserves the right to redact, restrict, or modify access to data as needed to comply with applicable privacy laws and obligations.

Service Availability

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us or using the account settings in the Service.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NJ Property Data and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Jersey.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
