Common questions
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Change or cancel your plan any time from billing in your account settings.
- What happens when I cancel?
- You keep everything you paid for until the end of the current billing period. After that your account moves to the free plan — your saved properties, alerts and deals stay where they are.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Cancel before a renewal to avoid the next charge — you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Are there refunds?
- No refunds or partial credits, except where required by law. A yearly plan may be cancelled for a pro-rata refund within 30 days of its first charge only. Property reports are non-refundable once delivered; a report our review team declines is credited back as one report.
- What if a payment fails?
- Nothing immediately. Your card is retried over several days and you keep full access throughout. Access only changes if every retry fails.
- Is the free plan really free?
- Yes. No card is needed and it does not expire. Upgrade only when you need more.
- How does yearly billing work?
- You pay for twelve months up front at the discounted rate shown on the toggle. It renews each year until you cancel.
- How much is a property report?
- Each report has one set price, paid when you request it — see Property reports in the table above. Paid plans include a number of reports every month, and those are used first.
- What is a custom plan?
- For teams that need bulk data, a custom data request or terms of their own. Send a request and we reply with a quote.
